Raleigh Becket (Pacific Rim)

Boyfriend? Something. Someone important. Weeks of hanging out and going to get noodles at incredibly odd hours of the night, handholding and generally enjoying each others company recently lead to them finally kissing and Julie couldn't be happier. She has someone that understands a lot of what she's going through back home, how it can be so damn hard to remain positive while everyone else around you has essentially died inside. She's happy to have him and doesn't want to imagine things without him on the Turtle.

Ellie (The Last Of Us)

Kid sister. Fellow apocalypse survivor/resident, even if the apocalypse is happening for different reasons. Whether it be Cordyceps or some unknown, Julie gets where she's coming from. She adores Ellie's personality, even if she knows she's covering a lot. Julie does the same thing and has seen it on other kids and while it makes her hurt to see, Julie knows not to pry and to let Ellie come to her with whatever. That being said, she will poke and prod if she thinks Ellie needs to let something out. Mostly, Julie just wants to keep Ellie happy like she does the kids back home and to teach Ellie it's okay to step away from the stress of her world for a moment or two and to show her how to actually live.
